FAQ
- How far in advance should I book?
- Six to nine months for a Saturday wedding in season; three to four weeks is often enough for a weeknight corporate date. If the date is close, ask anyway — G Clef will tell you straight away whether it's live.
- What's the deposit to hold a date?
- A 30% deposit holds the date and is credited against the final balance. The remainder is due seven days before the event.
- What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
- Reschedule at no charge with 30 days' notice, subject to the act's availability on the new date. Inside 30 days, the deposit transfers once; cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit.
- How long is a typical set?
- Bands play three 50-minute sets across a four-hour call, with recorded music between. DJ and karaoke bookings run four hours continuous, and extra hours are available at the act's hourly rate.
- Do you bring your own sound equipment?
- Yes. Every booking includes PA, monitors, mics, and basic stage lighting for rooms up to about 200 people. Larger rooms get a quoted production add-on rather than an underpowered rig.
